Refund and Returns Policy

At Organic World Mart, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, sealed (for spawn), or alive on arrival (for worms).
Photo/video proof of the damaged or incorrect product must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Live items (worms) once opened
Used mushroom spawn
Bulk or customized orders
3. Refund Process
Once return is approved, refund will be credited within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
